Return Policy


  • We accept returns  (jewelry, handbags, scarves and basics excluded) for US{50 states only}/UK/Canada/Australia/Germany customers within 7 days after delivery date.
  • We are offering Free Returns for all Store Credit Refunds only.
  • We accept returns if the product is wrongly sent or damaged.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
  • Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
  • Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If you do not receive your purchase within 90 days, you can ask for a full refund .We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
  • Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
