Return Policy
RETURNS
- We accept returns (jewelry, handbags, scarves and basics-modest essentials excluded) within 7 days after delivery date for store credits only. We provide Free returns for US, UK and Germany customers. Customers from other countries ,Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. We will need a picture of the item you received to initiate the return process. The return address could be international shipping. You can use your local postal carrier.
- PLEASE E-MAIL to info@diyadeen.com FOR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS AND INFORMATION. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will be resending the item or will be giving a store credit. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at info@diyadeen.com . Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Otherwise our warehouse will not be accepting the return and you will have to pay extra for shipping it back to you again.
- Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We accept returns for store credits only.
- Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds. To complete your return, we require a return receipt.
- If you do not receive your purchase within 90 days, you can ask for a full refund .We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
- Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
