- We accept returns if the product is wrongly sent or damaged.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
- Colors and Size may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, you can ask for a full refund .We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
- Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
- To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy.
