Looks beautiful but falsely advertised

The dress looks lovely but it is falsely advertised. In the picture it seems as if there are two wholes on the side indicating that the tie was detached in some way, or attached but designed well. When I got mine, there were no side wholes to put the “belt” through and the dress needed to be wrapped around very awkwardly to work. I need to go to a tailor now to make adjustments.

Bottom line: it’s a beautiful dress but it is falsely advertised in the pictures.
