Order never arrived, customer service stopped contacting, no refund.

The order had issues arriving and they didn’t bother to contact me again after way too long. Order was confirmed on Nov 18th, 2023 and till this day there was no progress. If the issue was from the warehouse itself and they failed to deliver it to the right address, why did they leave it at the post office and when i contacted them, why did neither of us find it at the post office and they said this package never arrived? As a client.. what am i supposed to do about this? Why is there no contact or refund or anything?

I didn’t get my dresses

Initially, I received an email notifying me that my package had arrived, which included this dress along with another. The email displayed an image of an incorrect address. I also came across reviews mentioning that they frequently claim it's shipped, yet nothing ever arrives.I feel that no one wants to help. I paid money for nothing. I'm going to continue with my claim.

What you see is what you get…

Lovely dress…beautiful details, flare at the arms, It’s an attention getter, buttons all the way down which can be annoying..but just open it up enough to step in & out of the dress. Dress doesn’t have a smell which is good. I have no issues with this purchase. Listen to the reviews and sized up & it fits perfectly.

Runs too small

This is a beautiful printed dress, I was excited to wear it to an event. I am 5' 2" 135 lbs, usually wear a medium in most dresses. I read the previous reviews and ordered a Large. The dress on arrival was way too tight, I couldn't even button it closed. It felt more like an XXS than a Large. I had to return it unfortunately.
